The hotel had a great rooftop with a beautiful view and it was a nice place to hang out during the day. The staff were polite and helpful when I had questions about the area. The location was convenient for accessing transportation to other parts of the city.

The stairs were a bit of a challenge, especially when carrying luggage and bags. The food was average in quality and could have been more flavorful.

The location of the hotel is not ideal and didn't offer much to explore in the nearby area. the rooftop view was the only bright spot during the stay. the hotel's food options and quality were far below average and disappointing. the room was cramped and the bathroom needed a lot more attention to upkeep.

The worst part about the stay was the disorganized and unhelpful staff. They didn't take any responsibility for their mistakes and were uninterested in assisting guests with anything.
